Diesel Fuel Injection and Turbocharger Repairs

 We continually invest in new equipment to keep up to date with technological advances in the motor industry, because of the rapid rate at which the diesel fuel injection industry changes our technicians are sent on regular training to ensure competence and quality of workmanship.

We are one of only six companies throughout South Africa equipped to test and repair Bosch VP44/VP29/VP30 (as fitted to: Isuzu KB300TD, Nissan 3.0TD 16v, BMW 320D, Opel 2.0DTi, Cummins B series ect.) and Common Rail Fuel pumps as fitted to almost all new diesel vehicles. We are also equiped to do Denso ECD V3 fuel pumps for Toyota 3.0 KZ-TE, Prado KZ-TE, 5L-E (3.0DE) and Stanadyne DE10 fuel pumps for new John Deere 4045 and 6065 engines.

The diesel fuel injection section offers:

• Diesel Injection pump reconditioning
• Injector reconditioning (normal, 2 spring injectors and Electronic Unit injectors)
• Turbocharger reconditioning
• Make of injector pipes to required application or sample
